During my time in the UAE I have worked with some of the UAE’s best known Universities. During that time I single-handedly brought one institution’s KHDA employability rating from zero to 5 stars with employment workshops, career guidance, CV building sessions and Linkedin Profile boosting sessions. I initiated and arranged termly employability panels discussions and networking sessions with entrepreneurs and industry leaders from start-ups and established companies such as Bayt.com, Instashop, Lock&Stock, Muslima.com, the Amani Circle, Al Naboodha Group, Tradeling, The Talent Enterprise and many others.

I have provided countless external presentations, as well as initiating a customised jobs portal and partnering with more than 300 regional industry employers. I managed this while undertaking my second Masters degree (Education), earning distinction and high distinction grades in every unit, with a GPA of 3.83. Along with this, I lectured in critical thinking and provided academic workshops on a weekly basis that cover all aspects of academic and professional preparation and support that a student needs to raise their game in both academia and future employment.

With schools and universities back in action on campus from September (projected) the wise amongst us will be looking for ways to springboard their students, schools and institutions back into the fray. With post graduation employability being one of the major factors in today’s education market, it makes sense to take opportunities when they come along. With this in mind, students can ask their teachers to get in touch and we can arrange a session fr you. Alternatively, teachers; ask your principal to get on board and book a professional development session for you too. We are currently working on a number of initiatives with major employers in the UAE, and we have personal connections with all the employers we work with now, and those we have worked with in the past.
